Ps4 download update file stuck

PS4 Stuck on preparing to download update . I was stuck at 75% for like 5 minute's but then i paused it and now it's slowly climbing and im now at 78% after another 5 minute's. I'll restart my console in a little bit to see if i make any more progress if this continues at this pace. I'll edit this comment when i get more result's.
